Our philosophy

Yoga is a practice designed to connect us with ourselves, our body, and our experience of the world. Rachel’s teaching emphasizes the use of awareness and acceptance to deepen our experience and expression of the yoga poses. Rachel received her teaching certificate in 2011. She has trained extensively in the Kripalu, Sivananda, and Iyengar traditions.

Our schedule

Rachel currently teaches at Vision Yoga every Sunday night. 

Additionally, once a month, we host Meditation in Motion at Vision - a slow-flow, 60 minute session, with live ambient music.
