Our philosophy

Yoga is a practice designed to connect us with ourselves, our body, and our experience of the world. Rachel’s teaching emphasizes the use of awareness and acceptance to deepen our experience and expression of the yoga poses.Rachel received her teaching certificate in 2011. She has trained extensively in the Kripalu, Sivananda, and Iyengar traditions.

Our offering

We offer monthly 90-minute workshops to explore particular pose categories or intentional themes.

Our fees

We suggest a donation of $10 per workshop. We do not want finances to prevent you from trying or continuing the practice so please come regardless of ability to contribute. All donations will be used to buy additional props and enhance the atmosphere of the room.
